Collections and Returns

You can choose to either send the item back via recorded delivery to the distribution center closest to that of the Artist for collection or use the courier service that can be arranged through Galleryfy.com.

To Start the process please email Support@galleryfy.com attaching the confirmation email and including the order number in the subject line.

All returns need to be completed within 14 days of original purchase and financial responsibility is dependent on the reason for the return. Should a refund be requested within 24 hrs of purchase the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be granted within a few hrs. For refunds after product has been dispatched please see below for which party is liable in each instance;

You have had a change of heart on your purchase and would like a refund – Financial Responsibility of the return lies with the you the customer and will be arranged via Galleryfy.com courier service as mentioned above and the Artwork will be sent back to the artist directly or the distribution center closest to the Artist for collection. A full refund will be received on receipt of the artwork minus the cost of postage.

You receive the artwork damaged due to poor and inadequate packaging – You will need to provide evidence for the damage and will receive a full refund immediately if it is evident the damage was not caused in transit through failings of the delivery service. Poor and inadequate packaging would include not wrapping the item in bubble wrap and not ensuring all adhesive tape is secure etc.

You receive the artwork damaged due to poor transit conditions and service As stated in the dispatch email it is your responsibility to inspect the item for signs of damage before signing for it. Failure to do so may void your right for a full refund. As the item will be sent recorded delivery we will look to recoup the cost from the delivery service. Please contact support@galleryfy.com with order number and a full description of the damage and Galleryfy.com will look to process the refund as soon as possible.

You receive a different piece of Art than what they ordered – this is very unlikely to happen but you would have the option of a full refund or we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item and deliver the correct item at the earliest possible time.
